Those windows and doors open 

since our very young age

to the self knowledge

self consciousness

self love

Those ways of entering anything

not protected for the ones that should care of us

growing and learning by

because we only feel

we know almost nothing

of who to let in

of who to touch

of who that will just use

promissing care 

moving their thristy eyes to the left

the famous lie side

and their mouths to whatever place they want to

we end up needing to be self taught most times

or getting light from testimonies

very much like our own realities

so abusive,

such a contrary of the sweet cadence

aka, health in all ways

we should get 

instead we survive

we are forced to watch and feel

such terrible things

all those crimes in the paper

yet, forgotten in the day by day

I really hope that our community open their eyes 

to perceive

to not fear

and not allow

these kind of destructive behaviours to be perpetuated

and making us,

that knows very little about our wholeness,

carrying on sickening, and ripping off,

like a band aid freshly put on a damage still bleeding,

the comfort that we should feel among ourselves, about ourselves.
